• Firstly you need to download the Zune Software Here.

• After that install the softare to your PC and restart your PC/Computer recommended.


• Then open the Zune software on your Desktop and connect your Nokia Lumia Phone to the USB.

• You can set-up your Device name for the first time and click on Next.


• You will see this Zune open your Lumia Summary


• Click On That Computer Where you see the Arrow pointing to.


• But firstly make sure your files like Photos are inside the Pictures folder in my computer, Music are also placed in the Music Folder, Videos like MP4 are also inside Videos Folder in computer.

• Then You Will See The Music, Videos And Pictures TAB
