Did you just installed a new iOS on your iPod Touch, iPhone or iPad, After Jailbreaking your iPhone at least you should have some of this Cydia Tweak on your iDevice. After jailbreaking my iPhone I make sure the following App are installed first before any other Cydia Tweak or App.

This is the first cydia app i make sure any of my iOS version am running must run on my iPhone so far it is Jailbroken. SB Settings is a great cydia tweak which makes everything easier for you on your iDevice. By Sliding Your Hand Left Or Right At The Top will bring alots of shortcuts which will make it easier for you without going to settings on your iDevice. Alots of functions.
AUXO
This is a great Cydia Tweak for Multi Tasking on your iDevice which override the default one from Apple and install it's own on it. It's very easy to use and well organized like when you are to close Apps you don't need to Hold on the App before you can close it, What you need to do it just bring the App down with you hand and see the effects.
BARREL
Barrel is a nice cydia Tweak which add differents and lots of effects on your iDevice menu, When you scroll to the next page or previous page on your iDevice you will see the effects on it. If you really need different type of effects on it, Then you can add it as random.
ANDROID LOCK XT
Android lock XT override the default iDevice password. It shows the Android OS way of security to the iOS. The most reason i like this App is because whenever you enter wrong codes for so many times your iPhone will not be Disabled. Unlike the default iDevice Password which if you entered so many times might disabled your iPod, iPhone Or iPad.
APP LOCKER
Are you thinking of using a Password to protect your Apps And Games from friends? These cydia tweak will do everything for you. Just Install it and go to settings on your iPod Touch, iPhone or iPad and configure it. It's a great App for me also.
That's the best cydia App you must installed after newly Jailbreak although there are lots of Apps than them but for a newly Jailbroken iPod Touch, iPhone or iPad then i think that must be okay for you.
My favorite one is BARREL.
