Top 5 Call Tracking Apps For Smart Phones

Even though monitoring someone’s cell phone and tracking their calls might not seem to be a great idea but with numerous new spy call monitoring apps being introduced in the tech bazaar a question might arise in one’s mind that there might be some reason behind the increasing demand and therefore, the introduction of cell phone monitoring software. From the looks of it, one might perceive it to be adding to the paranoia of parents and employees, but the truth remains that it does prove to be useful, as gauged from customers’ reviews.

Many smartphones have elbowed their way in the tech world, some boasting of corporate security and others great and innovative apps. Trouble lies where these features of the smartphone are misused. With debates on BYOD (Bring your own device) in sight, employers are becoming more and more aware of the fact that they are supposed to measure the productivity of their employees and monitor their activities while they are at the workplace for the welfare of their organization. For parents, it is no less of a responsibility to mould their teens in the light of their principles. For this, a little peek into your child’s world every now and then is no harm at all.

Here is a list of top 5 call monitoring apps for cell phones. These apps not only provide you with call monitoring services but also offer other features that might help you monitor your target in a more accurate way.

Mobile Spy

Able to break into iPhone, Android, Blackberry, Windows Phone and Symbian OS, this is a hybrid mobile service. The application begins it’s work right from the moment it has been installed in the smartphone. Apart from recording calls and giving answers to questions like whom, what where and when, this software is capable of providing you with screen shots of the targeted smartphone at regular intervals. Web browsing history and the location of the device are also saved on your personal dashboard of which you get a log in and password on the purchase of the app.

mSpy

mSpy is another solution to your woes about decreasing employee productivity and unpredictability of teens. mSpy is not just for smartphones. You can monitor tablets with this app too. Call recording feature and providing a complete call log is just the start. mSpy can also monitor other services in the smartphone like instant messaging services, Skype etc. you can also read e-mails that have been sent and received on the smartphone. Similarily, texts can also be monitored. You can also block incoming calls from a certain number on the targeted device.

Mobistealth

Another great app that guarantees your peace of mind is Mobistealth. Monitoring calls is a basic feature. Looking beyond it, Mobistealth gives you several other levels on which you can monitor your targeted smartphone like location tracking, text message log, surround recording and snapshots of the screen of the smartphone at pre-determined frequency

StalthGenie

Though StealthGenie is good if you want to monitor the smartphone on the basic level, it lacks the sophistication and accuracy that most of the other monitoring services provide. It monitors calls but the sound quality of the recorded call is not very impressive. It also falls short of features that make cell phone monitoring more accurate.

FlexiSpy

FlexiSpy is also a great app that answers the questions that seem difficult to solve. Apart from call monitoring, FlexiSpy can read e-mails, texts and keep a web browsing log. It is able to track the location of the targeted device even when it has no internet access.

Top 10 Tricks To Stretch Security On Your Android

If you are an Android smartphone user, you should ensure that your mobile device is protected from unwanted elements such as viruses, malware, and hackers.  Here are top ten tricks- from the basics to the slightly more complicated tricks- on how to stretch security on your Android:

I RECOMMEND:- Top 5 Calling Apps For Smartphone

Lock The Screen

All smartphones are equipped with this simple, yet very important feature – the Screen Lock.  The specific steps on how to lock your screen may vary, depending on the Operating System (OS)your smartphone uses.  Generally, you should be able to find the Screen Lock feature from the phone’s Settings and Security options.  You may set the time delay, as to how long the screen will automatically lock itself, when it’s not in use.  Of course, you will be asked to enter a PIN or Password in order to unlock your phone’s screen.

Install An Anti-virus Program

Yes, you do need an anti-virus program for your smartphone if you want to be protected against malicious programs.  You should be able to find various options for your Android phone and even the free ones do provide a considerably strong and reliable protection.

Back Up Important Files And Data

Most smartphones are now being used as a quick, convenient, one-step alternative to PCs.  Needless to say, just as you need to back up essential files in your computer, you should do the same thing with your Android device.  Hence, just in case your phone crashes, gets stolen or misplaced, you will be able to access your files from an online server.  If you’re using a 2.2 or a higher version of Android, the “back up and sync” option should be readily available.  If not, you may need to install this particular app on your phone.

Update Your OS Regularly

You can set your smartphone to automatically download upgrades whenever available and this is highly recommended.  Why?  Upgrading the Operating System will ensure that your phone gets to enjoy the most recent security enhancements to block  the newest types of malware, viruses, etc.

 Turn Off Bluetooth

Make sure that the Bluetooth Discovery Mode is OFF at all times.  This is important to make sure that other people will not be able to see or discover your device and connect to your phone, unless you allow them to.  Although you will be asked permission when a device is trying to make a connection, it is still safer to just turn it off.

Be Wary Of Wi-Fi Hotspots

Connecting to Wi-Fi hotspots  as its dangers because your smartphone becomes exposed to unsecured connections, which means hackers can easily “see” and spy on you.  As much as possible, connect through a VPN if you must connect to a shared network.

Go Easy On The Apps

There are hundreds of mobile applications to choose from and they are all readily downloadable in just one press of a button.  Be very selective in installing apps on your smartphone if you don’t want your phone to get easily infected by malware and viruses.

Install A Password And Data Manager App

What this app does is it stores or encrypts all important information on your smartphone such as usernames, passwords and other personal details.

Install A Smartphone Finder

This app enables you to locate your smartphone and see it from an online server – a practical feature, not only when you forget where you left your phone but also when your phone gets stolen.  Aside from being able to locate your device, the app comes with other security options such as setting off an alarm, locking the device, etc.

Don’t Open Links

When you receive a text message or an email from an unknown source which contains links, do not open the link, as it could lead you to a “phishing” website or you could inadvertently be installing a malicious program on your device.

Top 5 Cydia Tweak For A Newly Jailbroken iPod Touch, iPhone Or iPad

Did you just installed a new iOS on your iPod Touch, iPhone or iPad, After Jailbreaking your iPhone at least you should have some of this Cydia Tweak on your iDevice.  After jailbreaking my iPhone I make sure the following App are installed first before any other Cydia Tweak or App.

I RECOMMEND:- More iPod Touch, iPhone & iPad Cydia Apps And Tweaks

SB SETTINGS

This is the first cydia app i make sure any of my iOS version am running must run on my iPhone so far it is Jailbroken. SB Settings is a great cydia tweak which makes everything easier for you on your iDevice. By Sliding Your Hand Left Or Right At The Top will bring alots of shortcuts which will make it easier for you without going to settings on your iDevice. Alots of functions.

AUXO

This is a great Cydia Tweak for Multi Tasking on your iDevice which override the default one from Apple and install it's own on it. It's very easy to use and well organized like when you are to close Apps you don't need to Hold on the App before you can close it, What you need to do it just bring the App down with you hand and see the effects.

BARREL

Barrel is a nice cydia Tweak which add differents and lots of effects on your iDevice menu, When you scroll to the next page or previous page on your iDevice you will see the effects on it. If you really need different type of effects on it, Then you can add it as random.

ANDROID LOCK XT

Android lock XT override the default iDevice password. It shows the Android OS way of security to the iOS. The most reason i like this App is because whenever you enter wrong codes for so many times your iPhone will not be Disabled. Unlike the default iDevice Password which if you entered so many times might disabled your iPod, iPhone Or iPad.

APP LOCKER

Are you thinking of using a Password to protect your Apps And Games from friends? These cydia tweak will do everything for you. Just Install it and go to settings on your iPod Touch, iPhone or iPad and configure it. It's a great App for me also.

That's the best cydia App you must installed after newly Jailbreak although there are lots of Apps than them but for a newly Jailbroken iPod Touch, iPhone or iPad then i think that must be okay for you.
